She completed her bachelor’s degree in Cellular Biology and Neuroscience at Rutgers University in 2012, graduating with Magna Cum Laude academic honors. She attended Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, graduating in 2018 with distinction. All her postgraduate training, including her Neurological Surgery Residency, was completed at The Rutgers New Jersey School of Medicine and wherein she served as Chief Resident in her final year before graduation. She also completed a year of Peripheral Nerve Reconstructive Surgery at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in 2022-2023.

Her research interests are broad and focus on advances in neurosurgery with the evolution of new therapies such as Laser Induced Thermal Therapy for treatment of Gliomas to the use of AI predictive models to address recurrence of brain metastasis in patients after radiation treatment.

Dr Panchmatia provides the highest quality care to all her patients. She is joining our professional staff, which includes Dr Arno Fried MD; Dr Meleine Martinez-Sosa and Dr Kevin Kwan. Dr Panchmatia is available to see patients in our Rutherford, Morristown, New Brunswick and Jersey City Offices.
